Your privacy

What we collect

When you place an order or send a business request, we ask for:

• Your name, phone number and (if you share it) email address
• Your billing address, and a drop-off address if you choose local drop-off
• Your dog's name (or names), your order, your preferred day, how you'd like to pay, and any notes you add
• For business requests: your business name and what you're interested in

We don't take card or bank details on this website. You pay in person with cash or through Venmo.

How we use it

• To bake and package your order, and to confirm your pickup or drop-off time
• To deliver your treats if you choose drop-off
• To write a thank-you note to your pup
• To answer your questions, and to keep the basic sales records a small business needs for taxes

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

Only the two of us who run Oscar's Barkery. To make the website work, a few services handle your information on our behalf: Formspree delivers your order or request to our inbox, Google (Gmail) stores our email, and Netlify hosts this website. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Visitor counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see simple totals, like how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't tell us who you are.

Saved on your device

The order form saves what you've typed in your own browser, so you don't lose your order if you leave the page or your phone reloads it. That copy stays on your device and is cleared once your order is sent or you start a new one.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them to run the business and for tax records. If you'd like us to update or delete your information, just ask.
